Không dừng lại ở đó, Ms. Vy quyết định Mỹ tiến với tấm bằng Thẩm Mỹ Toàn Diện Cosmetology Hoa Kỳ 2012, tốt nghiệp khóa nâng cao Chuyên Gia Premier PMU Cosmetics Education 2017 và tốt nghiệp Giảng Viên Thẩm Mỹ Toàn Diện Operator Instructor Hoa Kỳ 2012. 

Ngày còn ở Việt Nam, cô đã tham gia hoạt động tại rất nhiều trung tâm đào tạo uy tín về chuyên ngành thẩm mỹ với vai trò là giảng viên như Trung Tâm Dạy Nghề Thẩm Mỹ Biên Hoà, Trường Cao Đẳng Nghề Long Thành Đồng Nai, Nhà Văn Hoá Phụ Nữ và đặc biệt hơn cả chính là liên kết dạy nghề vùng sâu vùng xa Sở Lao Động Thương Binh Xã Hội Đồng Nai. Là người có tấm lòng nhân hậu, Ms. Thanh Vy đã từng tham gia các hoạt động thiện nguyện xã hội như hỗ trợ chăm sóc viện dưỡng lão, trẻ em mồ côi, xây cầu, đào giếng nước cho bà con nghèo vùng sâu vùng xa.

Đến với nước Mỹ vào năm 2010, Ms. Thanh Vy may mắn được làm việc tại viện giải phẫu thẩm mỹ BÍCH NGỌC và đài truyền hình VIỆT NGỮ VanTV.52 đến nay. Trong quá trình định cư tại đất Mỹ, Ms. Thanh Vy vinh dự nhận được nhiều danh hiệu hoa hậu phải kể đến như: Á Hậu cuộc thi Hoa Hậu Phu Nhân được tổ chức tại Houston năm 2016, Hoa Hậu Quốc Tế Người Việt (Hoa hậu Doanh Nhân 2017),… rất đáng tự hào. Ngoài ra vào năm 2016, Ms. Thanh Vy đã thành lập Học Viện Vy Brow Academy cùng những người cộng sự tại Hoa Kỳ với mong muốn hướng nghiệp, đào tạo nghề thẩm mỹ những ai đang có đam mê ngành thẩm mỹ.
