Hành trình 10 năm hình thành và phát triển của Liên hiệp các CLB ngành tóc Việt Nam

Chặng đường 10 năm của Liên hiệp các CLB ngành tóc Việt Nam – một bước rất ngắn của lịch sử (2012-2022) nhưng mỗi thành viên đã không ngừng cố gắng xây dựng và phát triển để đến hôm nay đã đạt được kết quả thật đáng tự hào. Đó là trang sử vẻ vang của Liên hiệp các CLB ngành tóc Việt Nam (Hội Nhà thiết kế và Tạo mẫu tóc Hà Nội).

Đến hẹn lại lên, cứ đến tháng 10 hằng năm, BCH và các thành viên Hội Nhà thiết kế và Tạo mẫu tóc Hà Nội lại hân hoan chào đón ngày kỷ niệm thành lập Hội, cùng nhau nhìn lại những nỗ lực trong hành trình thành lập và phát triển.

Hội Nhà thiết kế và Tạo mẫu tóc Hà Nội là đơn vị được nhà nước cấp phép hoạt động, có con dấu, có quyền pháp nhân. Hội có chức năng hỗ trợ đào tạo nghề ngắn hạn cho học viên nghề tạo mẫu tóc và tổ chức các hoạt động về sự kiện trong ngành .

Căn cứ vào chức năng được phép hoạt động của Hội nhà thiết kế và tạo mẫu tóc Hà Nội . BCH Hội soạn thảo kế hoạch hợp tác toàn diện với các CLB Tóc, các trung tâm đào tạo nghề tóc trên các lĩnh vực với quyền hạn của Hội được phép . Hội tổ chức hội đồng Sát hạch cấp chứng nhận + thẻ giảng viên tiêu chuẩn cấp hội để cho nền giáo dục nghề tạo mẫu tóc Việt Nam đạt tiêu chuẩn thống nhất. Sau khi chuẩn hóa đội ngũ giảng viên Hội cùng các CLB, các trung tâm đào tạo sẽ xây dựng bộ giáo trình đào tạo tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam để phục vụ cho công tác đào tạo học viên trong ngành theo tiêu chuẩn chung. Đây cũng là một tiêu chuẩn để Hội sát hạch hệ thống salon đạt tiêu chuẩn cấp Hội (Cấp cơ sở) trong thời gian tới.

Trải qua chặng đường 10 năm hoạt động từ những ngày đầu khó khăn cho tới thành công như ngày hôm nay. Tuy đã đạt được nhiều thành tích ấn tượng trong lĩnh vực đào tạo nhưng BCH Hội và các thành viên luôn khẳng định sẽ không ngừng phát triển, không ngừng nỗ lực cố gắng để hoàn thành mục tiêu. Chuỗi hoạt động trọng tâm chào mừng kỷ niệm 10 năm thành lập Hội được mở rộng tới hơn 500 Nhà tạo mẫu tóc cùng nhiều Hair Salon trên cả nước.

Để đánh dấu chặng đường 10 năm thành lập và phát triển, trong 2 ngày 29 & 30/10 tại khách sạn cao cấp Charm Sapa, Hội Nhà thiết kế và Tạo mẫu tóc Hà Nội sẽ tổ chức chương trình mang tên “Hành trình kiến tạo và kết nối yêu thương” tại Sapa nhằm kỷ niệm cũng như gắn kết các thành viên trong hội. Sự kiện có sự tham gia của hơn 500 thành viên hội và đại diện các thương hiệu mỹ phẩm tóc danh tiếng trong và ngoài nước.

Chặng đường 10 năm hình thành và phát triển, 10 năm với những lý tưởng kiên định, với những con người kiên trì bền bỉ, 10 năm với những muôn vàn thử thách và chông gai……10 năm là một cột mốc không thể quên trên hành trình phát triển của LHCCLBNTVN.
