Vào ngày 27 tháng 10 năm 2023 vừa qua, tại Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, Hà Nội đã diễn ra Hội nghị sơ kết 5 năm triển khai Quyết định số 1665/QĐ-TTg ngày 30/10/2017 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về việc phê duyệt Đề án “Hỗ trợ học sinh, sinh viên khởi nghiệp đến năm 2025”. Hội nghị có sự tham gia quan trọng của các cơ quan chính phủ, đại diện doanh nghiệp và cá nhân có liên quan, nhằm đánh giá kết quả và hướng phát triển trong tương lai.
Quyết định số 1665/QĐ-TTg đã được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt vào ngày 30/10/2017 với mục tiêu quan trọng: Hỗ trợ học sinh và sinh viên khởi nghiệp, góp phần thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế và xã hội của Việt Nam. Đây là một bước quan trọng trong việc xây dựng nền tảng để thúc đẩy sáng tạo và khởi nghiệp tại Việt Nam.
Hội nghị sơ kết 5 năm triển khai Quyết định 1665/QĐ-TTg diễn ra vào ngày 27 tháng 10 năm 2023, tại Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, số 35 Đại Cồ Việt, Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội. Hình thức tổ chức hội nghị là kết hợp trực tiếp và trực tuyến, cho phép sự tham gia của các đại diện cơ quan chính phủ, doanh nghiệp, và các bên liên quan.
Hội nghị đã có sự góp mặt của Thứ trưởng Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo – Ngô Thị Minh và Quyền vụ trưởng Vụ Công tác Học sinh, Sinh viên – Trần Văn Đạt, cùng với sự hiện diện của nhiều doanh nhân nổi tiếng trong lĩnh vực khởi nghiệp như Nguyễn Tất Kiểm (CEO Taki Group), Nguyễn Thị Hương (Hương Chất Group), Trần Thị Thanh Huyền (CEO Nemos Group), và HÀ TRANG (Chủ tịch Chriena Group, TGĐ Công ty HT Việt Nam).
Các đại diện của chính phủ và doanh nghiệp đã thảo luận về các thành tựu và thách thức trong việc triển khai Quyết định 1665/QĐ-TTg trong vòng 5 năm qua. Một số điểm nổi bật bao gồm: Hỗ trợ học sinh và sinh viên khởi nghiệp đã tạo ra một môi trường khởi nghiệp sôi động ở Việt Nam. Các chương trình và khoản hỗ trợ tài chính đã giúp hàng ngàn dự án khởi nghiệp nở rộ, đóng góp vào sự phát triển kinh tế và sáng tạo.
Hội nghị sơ kết 5 năm triển khai Quyết định 1665/QĐ-TTg đã thể hiện bước tiến quan trọng trong việc thúc đẩy khởi nghiệp và sáng tạo tại Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn nhiều công việc cần thực hiện để đảm bảo rằng mục tiêu đầy tham vọng của Đề án “Hỗ trợ học sinh, sinh viên khởi nghiệp đến năm 2025” được thực hiện thành công.
