Mrs. Huỳnh Thị Kim Phượng là một chuyên gia phun xăm thẩm mỹ chuyên nghiệp tại Việt Nam. Chị đang đảm nhận vai trò giảng viên đào tạo thẩm mỹ tại Viện Thẩm Mỹ Phượng Huỳnh, với 3 cơ sở làm đẹp và đào tạo học viên. Vào nghề từ năm 2019, Mrs. Phượng đã được đào tạo chuyên nghiệp về lĩnh vực Thẩm Mỹ tại Trường Trung Cấp Nghề Thành Phố Mỹ Tho. Chị đã tốt nghiệp khóa phun xăm chuyên nghiệp tại Học Viện Phun Xăm Thiên Kim và khóa Tattoo tại Học Viện Quốc Tế Eva Xinh. Năm 2021, chị đã tốt nghiệp phòng chống lây nhiễm trùng y tế và giảng viên nghiệp vụ sư phạm Cao Đẳng Hà Nội.

Trong quá trình xây dựng sự nghiệp, Mrs. Phượng đã tham gia nhiều cuộc thi lớn và mang về cho mình nhiều giải thưởng chứng minh năng lực như Giải Bàn tay vàng phun xăm Quốc Tế và Tài Năng Vàng năm 2022 tại cuộc Thi ABF Korea Việt Nam Thái Lan. Chị cũng được nhận Top Thương hiệu uy tín ngành làm đẹp năm 2022 và đang đương nhận chức vụ Ban Giám Khảo Bộ Môn Phun Xăm tại cuộc thi Tìm Kiếm Tài Năng làm Đẹp Hội Thi Bắc Nam 2022. Vừa đạt giải Kiện tướng PMU 25-4-2023 tại Cuộc Thi Tìm Kiếm Ngôi sao ngành làm đẹp.

Mrs. Phượng đã hoàn thành xuất sắc khoá Xử lý Biến chứng phun xăm và luôn cập nhật những kiến thức mới nhất về thẩm mỹ để áp dụng vào công việc của mình.
