Ăn nhiều đồ ngọt, lười tắm gội hay lười vệ sinh điện thoại có thể là nguyên nhân khiến da bị kích ứng và nổi mụn.

Những người bị mụn nặng cũng nên cân nhắc cắt giảm sản phẩm từ sữa, nhất là sữa tách béo.

Dưỡng da thiếu khoa học

Thay đổi hoặc thêm các sản phẩm mới trước khi da kịp thích ứng có thể khiến mặt nổi nhiều mụn đỏ, mụn li ti. Vì vậy, bạn nên thử nghiệm bằng cách bôi một ít lên vùng da sau mang tai, đợi từ 24 đến 72 giờ để kiểm tra phản ứng. Tuy không trực tiếp tác động đến da mặt, gội đầu vẫn là bước quan trọng trong việc ngừa mụn. Khi da đầu bẩn, dầu thừa trên tóc chạm vào mặt, nhất là khu vực gần chân tóc, gây ra tình trạng mụn. Ngoài ra, các chuyên gia da liễu lưu ý không được để các sản phẩm như gel, xịt dưỡng tóc tiếp xúc trực tiếp với da mặt. Một mẹo nhỏ khi chăm sóc tóc là dùng tay thoa sản phẩm thay vì xịt.
