Wiwi Nguyễn bị loại ở ‘Siêu mẫu châu Á’

Wiwi Nguyễn – người mẫu Bến Tre, một trong hai thí sinh Việt Nam – bị loại trong tập ba SupermodelMe phát sóng tối 25/10.

Trong tập ba, Wiwi Nguyễn và các thí sinh trải qua phần thi chụp hình bên hồ bơi. Ban giám khảo nhận xét cô tạo dáng tẻ nhạt, biểu cảm gương mặt không ăn nhập với tư thế tạo dáng. Liên tiếp vào top nguy hiểm, thiếu sự bứt phá, đại diện Việt Nam phải dừng chân tại cuộc thi. Trước đó, ở vòng loại, host Cindy Bishop đánh giá Wiwi là gương mặt tiềm năng và cá tính, là một trong những thí sinh được cô yêu thích.

Ở hậu trường, người mẫu nói: “Khi tham gia bất cứ chương trình nào, tôi nghĩ có chơi có chịu, thua thì phục thù sau. Tôi sẽ cố gắng tạo dựng sự nghiệp người mẫu ở thị trường quốc tế, học hỏi, trải nghiệm nhiều hơn và nâng cấp bản thân qua những dự án, công việc sắp tới”.

Cô cũng kỳ vọng đại diện Việt Nam còn lại – người mẫu Quỳnh Anh – giành chiến thắng trong mùa thi năm nay. Sau khi rời nhà chung, Wiwi Nguyễn ở Singapore làm việc cho một công ty quản lý người mẫu.

Wiwi Nguyễn (tên thật: Nguyễn Lê Hương Quỳnh), sinh năm 1997 tại Bến Tre, là con út trong gia đình, cha mẹ làm giáo viên. Người đẹp có làn da bánh mật, cao 1,73 m, số đo ba vòng 80-60-90 cm. Có năng khiếu về ngoại ngữ, Wiwi từng là học sinh chuyên Anh của THPT chuyên Bến Tre. Cô đang học Đại học RMIT chuyên ngành Kinh doanh thời trang. Người đẹp từng làm mẫu cho Harper’s Bazaar, L’Officiel…

Cuộc thi truyền hình thực tế SupermodelMe ra đời năm 2009 nhưng tổ chức không thường niên. Mùa giải thứ sáu được ghi hình giữa dịch tại Singapore vào tháng 6, gồm 12 người mẫu đến từ Việt Nam, Thái Lan, Singapore, Trung Quốc, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia và Philippines. Siêu mẫu Thái Lan Cindy Bishop giữ vị trí host, ban giám khảo gồm Yu Tsai, người mẫu Hanli Hoefer và hoa hậu Catriona Gray. Mùa giải năm nay hướng tới chủ đề “SupermodelMe Revolution” (Cuộc cách mạng siêu mẫu), truyền thông điệp trao quyền cho phụ nữ.
